Penny..

I finally finalized Penny's look.

Frankly I'm not sure how she relates to Inspector Gadget, or even if she does, but since right now it doesn't effect the plot, speculate away. I made her a bit younger than she was in that first comic, and a bit less bum like, but I like the way she came out. No colors with her yet, but maybe some time..
